If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may be charged 50% of the fee for that appointment.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full fee for that appointment. This policy applies to all appointments scheduled with our practitioners, including consultations and treatments.
