Service Description

Follow-up consultations are 30 minutes. These follow up may require longer appointment time to discuss functional testing results

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, a 50% no-show fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding!
