Initial Consultation - Online
New client? This is the appointment for you! Time 60 - 90 minutes
Service Description
Allow 90 minutes for your initial consultation, during which time Angela will ask questions and gather information in order to understand your health concerns and ascertain underlying triggers. Questionnaires and any results you wish to be interpreted must be emailed before your scheduled appointment. Appointments are online, an email with the link will be sent once you have booked. If preferred appointments can be via phone. The initial consultation will cover: Your health concerns Prior relevant results Your health goals Nutrition and lifestyle medicine Your initial appointment includes a writen personal health plan including dietary, lifestyle advice and recommendations for supplements and/or functional testing. *Please note functional test results interpretation is done via a follow-up appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, a 50% no-show fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding!
