This is a great breakfast option that will keep you feeling full all morning. You can also add additional greens, such as silver beet, for a real veggie hit.

Recipe
1/2 Avocado (or whole Avo for Keto)
1/2 Lemon (or 1/4 for Keto)
3 cos lettuce leaves
2 sprigs of Parsley
2 sprigs of fresh mint
Handful of spinach
1 Tsp Coconut oil
1 cup of water
1 scoop of Green Banana Resistant Starch
Blend and enjoy
