Reset Green Smoothie

This is a great breakfast option that will keep you feeling full all morning, you can also add additional green such as kale or silver beet for a real veggie hit.


1/2 Avocado (or whole for Keto)

1/2 Lemon (or 1/4 for Keto)

3 cos lettuce leaves

2 sprig Parsley

2 sprig fresh mint

Handful of spinach

1 Tsp Coconut oil

1 cup of water

Blend and enjoy
